Coronavirus hotspots continue in the United States, and they are all places where people are forced to stay at home unless necessary.

According to Dr. Birx, the areas that have remained closed, DC, Chicago, and Los Angeles all have "persistent high numbers" of cases.

The D.C. area is not like New York City in terms of population density. So why are cases so high?

Is it time to phase out "stay at home" and start hammering a public message of wear masks everywhere and wash your hands?
